N O T I F I C A T I O N It is noticed that Goods vehicles are causing inconvenience to the road users, traffic congestion and affecting public safety during peak hours for IT professionals, students of various education institutes, employees and other members of public in entire Cyberabad. There is a need to prevent accidents, loss of life and property, traffic congestion and inconvenience to the Public / Students / Employees / IT professionals / Residences Organizations / Educational and other Institutes / on the Respective Roads / Areas in entire Cyberabad Police Commissionerate. An earlier Regulatory order was issued vide Notification No. 521/CP/Camp/Cyb/2013 dated 09.11.2013. To improve the same and after due representation and consultation with the stakeholders concerned and taking into consideration, the present circumstances, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me under section 7 Clause (1) of Cyberabad City Police Act r/w Section 21 Clause (1) (b) of Hyderabad City Police Act 1348-F, I, C. V. Anand, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad do here by notify for the information of general public, that the following restrictions/rules are imposed as given below for different categories of vehicles. 1. Heavy vehicles and MMVs and transport vehicles of all types are permitted for 24 Hours on the following Routes: Hayathnagar – Kuntloor – Rajeev Gruhakalpa – Right Turn – Gourelli – Saddupalli and vice versa. Abdulapurmet – Kawadpally – Taramatipet Border – Saddupalli and vice versa. Including 1 and 2 diversions from Saddupalli – Bandaravirala – Chinnaravirala – Anantaram – Edulabad. Mallapur – NFC – ECIL X Road – Chekripuram – Rampally – Right Turn – Ghatkesar and vice versa. Ghatkesar to Keesara and vice versa. Ghatkesar to Nagaram and vice versa. Ghatkesar to Warangal Road and vice versa. Shameerpet – Dongalamaisamma – Thimmaipally – Yadgiripally Circle – Keesara – Bogaram – Kondapur – Ghatkesar and vice versa. Shameerpet to Hakeempet – Thumkunta to Medchal via Devera Yamzal and vice versa. Pisalband – Kanchanbagh – Balapur X Road and vice versa. Balapur to Badangpet – Meerpet - Nagarjuna Hills – B. D. Reddy Garden – SH Sagar Road and vice versa. Nalagandla Junction to Lingampally Rythu Bazar near Kanukunta and vice versa BK Enclave to Bassireddyguda towards Medchal via Bachupally, Gandimaisamma Junction and Dindigal PS and vice versa Church Gagillapur near Dindigal Air Force Academy to Bahadurpally ‘T’ Junction via Gandimaisamma and vice versa. Dulapalli to Medchal and vice versa. Shamshabad to Aramghar to Durganagar and Mailardevpally and vice versa. Autonagar towards Hayathnagar and vice versa. Apart from above mentioned routes / roads outside of Outer Ring Road i.e., located on the outer periphery of Outer Ring Road with respect to Hyderabad will be open for heavy vehicles all 24 hours. II. Heavy Vehicles like a Lorries, Lorry Tippers, Ready Mix Concrete Transmit Mixing Trucks, Containers, Bore well Machines, Earth Moving vehicles, Water tankers and all Tractors/Tillers operating on the roads will be allowed in the following Routes from 2230 hours to 0730 hours and 1130 hours to 1600 hours: Miyapur Junction to BK Enclave and vice versa Bahadurpally ‘T’ Junction to Narsapur ‘X’ Road via Suraram, Shapurnagar and Gudenmet and vice versa APPA ORR Rotary to Tipu Khan Bridge and vice versa Fathenagar Fly over to Yerragadda Cross Road and vice versa Habsiguda to Nachram X Road and vice versa. Habsiguda to Uppal X Road and vice versa. Uppal X Road to Ramanthapur and vice versa. Uppal X Road to Boduppal and vice versa. Uppal X Road to Laxmi Garden via L.B.Nagar, Kamineni Hospital, Bairamalguda, Mandamallama and vice versa Biramalguda to B.N. Reddy Nagar X Road via Sagar Ring Road, Hastinapurm and vice versa. L.B.Nagar X Road to Dilshuknagar (Rajeevchowk) via HUDA Complex, V.V.Nagar and vice versa. Bairamalguda to Green Park Colony via Karmanghat and vice versa. Bairamalguda to Chintalkunta Check Post via Sagar Ring Road and vice versa. L.B.Nagar X Road to Autonagar via Chintalkunta, Panama, Sushma and vice versa. Attapur to Aramghar via Upparpally, Indrareddy statue, Shivrampally and vice versa. Quthbullapur to Suchitra X Roads and vice versa. BN Reddy Nagar to Sushma via Sagar Bus stop, Chintalkunta, Panama is permitted from 2200 Hrs to 0800 Hrs and 1130 hrs to 1630 hrs. Narsapur X Rds to Godrej Y Junction and vice versa from 2200 Hrs to 0800 Hrs and 1130 hrs to 1630 hrs. All MMVs are allowed to ply for 24 Hrs in the routes given above. III. HMVs and MMVs like DCM/Eicher, water tankers of all sizes, Goods Vehicles, Tractors/Tillers, Earth Movers of all type are allowed only from 2230 hours to 0730 hours and 1130 hours to 1600 hours in the following routes. Narayanamma College to Nalagandla Junction via Khajaguda Junction, Gachibowli Junction and IIIT Junction and vice versa. Gowlidoddi to Nalagandla Junction via Gopanpally Tanda and vice versa Khajaguda Junction to Gowlidoddi via Nanakramguda Rotary and vice versa. Chanda Nagar Nala to Erragadda via Hafeezpet Junction, Miyapur Junction, Hydernagar Petrol Pump, JNTU Junction, Godrej ‘Y’ Junction, Moosapet Junction and Bharath Nagar Junction and vice versa. Bachupally to Nizampet Junction and vice versa. Balanagar towards Bowenpally (Hyderabad) and vice versa Balanagar ‘T’ Junction to Fathenagar Flyover and Fathenagar flyover to Light Sun Cafe, Balkampet R.K. Puram Fly Over to ECIL via Neredmet X Roads, Sainikpuri, Radhika and vice versa. Kondapur to Hafeezpet and vice versa. Usha Mullapudi Kaman to Jagadgirigutta X roads and vice versa. Usha Mullapudi Kaman to Ellammabanda via Telangana Talli Statue and vice versa. IDL to Hitechcity Railway Station and Vice Versa. Moosapet to Rainbow Vista T Junction & vice versa. For movement in restricted hours in the above routes specific permission is required for HMVs and MMVs. IV. HMVs and MMVs like DCM/Eicher, water tankers of all sizes, Goods Vehicles, Tractors/Tillers, Earth Movers of all type are allowed only from 2230 hours to 0730 hours in the following routes. NCB Junction to KPHB and vice versa. Kavuri Hills Junction to Kothaguda Junction and vice versa. Gachibowli to Kondapur and vice versa. Kavuri Hills Junction to 100 Feet Road Junction via Parvathnagar X Roads and vice versa. ICICI Bank junction to Wipro and vice versa. Road No. 45 to Mindspace junction via Durgam Cheruvu, Inorbit Mall and vice versa. Masidbanda to Botanical garden and vice versa. For movement in restricted hours in the above routes specific permission is required for HMVs and MMVs. V. All goods vehicles are prohibited on the following flyovers. a) Fathenagar b) Cyber Towers c) Kukatpally ROB and d) PVNR Express way. VI. All vehicles requiring to move in the restricted areas / restricted timings will have to seek explicit permission from the office of DCP (Traffic) by applying in the prescribed format. The above restrictions will come into force from 01.05.2015 and those found violating the above restrictions will be liable for action under relevant sections of Cyberabad Police Act, M.V.     M A R K E T B E AT HYDERABAD Residential Q4 2019 New launches on the rise, more projects underway in 2020 A total of 4,340 new units were launched in Q4, a 2X rise on a quarterly basis. This is in line with our predictions during Q2-Q3 when several large- scale projects were awaiting approvals. Established catchments such as Kondapur, Hafeezpet, Nallagandla and fast-growing locations such as 14,464 NEW UNIT LAUNCHES (2019) Gopanpally – Tellapur, Bachupally are have witnessed new launches during the quarter. On an annual basis, the number of launches were higher by 30% y-o-y, suggesting a positive momentum in the residential market. Western quadrant accounted for 3/4th of the total launches during the year with majority of the projects launched within close proximity to IT and financial districts. Locations with major new launches in other parts of the SHARE OF MID SEGMENT IN NEW city include Uppal, Bolarum, Patancheru and Kismatpur etc. Mid segment projects accounted for nearly 90% of the units launched during the quarter 46% LAUNCHES (2019) in addition to a a luxury project in Kondapur. This sub-market continues to attract buyers in the premium segment on the back of its excellent physical and social infrastructure and proximity to IT and financial districts. Growth in new launches is likely to continue as developers are gearing up to launch nearly 20,000 units over the next 12-18 months. The newly constructed Assembly Build­ ing of Andhra Pradesh is located in a place adorned by thick vegitation pervading with peaceful atmosphere with all its scenic beauty. It acquires new dimensions of beauty, elegance and modernity with its gorgeous and splen­ did constructions, arches, designs, pillars of various dImensions, domes etc. Foundation stone for this new Legislature Building was laid by the then Chief Minister, Dr. M. Chenna Reddy on 19th March, 1980. The archilecture adopted for the exterior devation to the new building is the same as that of the old building, leaving no scope for differentiation between the two building~. The provision of detached round long columns under the arches add more beauty to the building. The building contains modern amenities such as air-connitioning, interior decoration and reinforced sound system. There is a provision for the use of modc:rn sophisticated electronic equipment for providing audio-system.
