Moody Bible Institute voluntarily and without reservation submitted to the FCPC as an educational association for a thorough and rigorous FCPC Review Team examination. The examination was achieved by U.S.D.O.E. and State of Florida approved reviewers who examined the fol- lowing: faculty, verification of academic curriculum, course development with examination criteria, distance learning processes, campus operations, catalogs, brochures, advertisements, application forms, financial information, student records and transcripts, and Web site. Fur- thermore, student interviews were conducted that determined that the educational learning experience provided has achieved true learning in keeping with educational standards of excellence required by the U.S.D.O.E. and State of Florida approved accrediting agency that equalled or exceeded the FCPC standards that exceed the minimum standards of the State of Florida. Washington Higher Education Coordinating Board Moody Bible Institute is authorized by the Washington Higher Education Coordinating Board (HECB) and meets the requirements and minimum educational standards established for degree-granting institutions under the Degree Authorization Act. This authorization is valid until May 20, 2011, and authorizes Moody Bible Institute–Spokane to offer the follow- ing programs: Associate of Biblical Studies; Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies; and Bach- elor of Science in Missionary Aviation Technology. The existence of the church in this world is God's plan and will. Like a plant, which naturally grows and develops; as is the case with the existence of the church, God desires that His church grow and develop both in quality and quantity. There are various factors that influence the growth of the church, including the presence of church members and good pastoral care for the people. This research to describe the influence of church building and pastoral care on the growth of the congregation of the Bethel Indonesia Church “Family Blessing” Surabaya. Apart from that, to find out how much influence each independent variable has on the dependent variable. The approach used in this research is quantitative; where the population which is the object of this research is 400 members of the Bethel Indonesia Church “Family Blessing” Surabaya. The sample is taken from a population of 24% or 96 people who can represent the population with a simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire to collect data on three variables, namely: (1) fostering church members, (2) pastoral care, and (3) church growth.

It is a regional centre dedicated to the study of socio-political, security and economic trends and developments in Southeast Asia and its wider geostrategic and economic environment. The Institute’s research programmes are the Regional Economic Studies (RES, including ASEAN and APEC), Regional Strategic and Political Studies (RSPS), and Regional Social and Cultural Studies (RSCS).
