Dec ’10-Oct ‘13 Strength & Conditioning Coach; Rhinos Rugby League  Leading & developing the effective partnership of external support services including hydration studies and body composition analysis with Leeds Metropolitan University High Class Performance Department.  Providing periodised, progressive training accounting for seasonal variation in load, training volume & injury, meeting both 1st team & coaching staff needs.  Supervision of elite player development group and management of each athletes’ physical development pathway.  Leading performance nutrition support to all players including seminars, dietary analysis and structured feedback.  Application, monitoring and analysis of GPS tracking and monitoring for all players supporting injury prevention, reporting directly to the Head Coach.  Power monitoring as a recovery measure aiding strength diagnosis.  Implementation of physical testing protocol and return to play strategy.  On-field and gym based conditioning and in depth collaboration on injury rehabilitation with Head Physiotherapist.  Responsible for a comprehensive linear & multi-directional speed development programme.

Sept’11 – Sept’12 Head Strength & Conditioning Coach;  Management and provision of all sports science support whilst competing in 2011 Four Nations and in preparation for World Cup 2013.  Responsibility for all elite player physical preparation, strength development, nutritional support and schedule management.  Management of match day logistics, pre camp programming, in-camp strength and power maintenance and on-field conditioning.

June 2011 Sports Scientist; Exiles International Rugby League  Implementation and delivery of GPS analysis & hydration screening during training and competition.  Provision of analysis and feedback to senior coaches and Governing Body the League.
