Apple Schoolwork Checking Your Student’s Completed Work Student work is sent through the Schoolwork app. Parents can check the app to see what is due and what the student has marked as completed. Due Assignments Assignments under the due tab are assignments that have been assigned by the teacher but have not been completed by the student. Completed Assignments Assignments under the completed tab have been assigned by the teacher and completed by the student. The following five pages will show step- by-step how to check to see if a student is turning in incomplete assignments. Step 1: Locate and open the Files App on the Student’s iPad.

Tip:Use Use the search bar to search ‘Files” if you cannot locate the Files App. Step 2: Click on the Schoolwork Folder.

Tip: This will be located in the iCloud Drive. If iCloud is not already selected, it can be selected on the left side of the screen. Step 3: Select the class folder you wish to view.

Tip: Each class will have its own folder. All assignments from a particular class can be located in the class folder. Step 4: Open the assignment folder.

Tips: Each assignment will be located alphabetically. You can also use the search bar to locate the assignment. Step 5: Click on the assignment to view it.

Tip: Below the assignment, information is provided to determine when the assignment was last worked on by the student. Be sure to open the assignment to be sure the entirety of the assignment is completed.
