Report an error TORONTO - Councillor Paul Ainslie wants Toronto Public Health to police indoor playground cleanliness.
Ainslie wants the board of health to add the cleanliness of a restaurant restaurant inspection program.
The move would also have the medical officer of health to come up with a checklist area to ensure it is a health environment for kids.
Health board members will consider Ainslie’s proposal at their meeting Friday.

“I’ve had concerns for a long time about the play tubes and kids going in and once and a while someone comes out and says a crapped his diaper and they go find the manager,” Ainslie said.
