E-tender is invited online from reputed Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM)/ Authorized Distributors/ Authorized Dealers for supply of 20 nos. of Desktop computers required for the Computer lab of Govt. Technical High School, Kulathoor, Neyyattinkara.

Other conditions:-

1. The price should be quoted inclusive of VAT, Service Tax, Installation & Freight charges, etc. and it should be separately and specifically shown. 2. Specifications of computers should be clearly specified (Attach brochure if any). 3. Guarantee/Warranty period should be specifically shown. 4. The computer systems should be supplied within 20 days from the date of issue of supply order. 5. Payment will be effected only after the supply of computers completely as per the Supply Order and its installation satisfactorily. 6. The computers should be installed in the Computer Lab of Govt. Technical High School, Kulathoor, Neyyattinkara on free of cost. 7. An agreement (Annexure 23 of Stores Purchase Manual) & Security deposit worth 5% of the total amount should be submitted for releasing the final payment. The rules and procedures for tender are as per the revised Kerala Stores Purchase Manual. 8. The right to cancel the Tender without further notice will rest to the undersigned

The BID should contain the following documents

1. The Tender cost (Bidding Fee) and EMD must be submitted only through online through SBT Internet Banking or SBT NEFT/RTGS. 2. The Scanned copy of the preliminary agreement executed and signed in Kerala Stamp Paper of value Rs.200/-. (A format of the agreement is given in the tender documents.) 3. Undertaking for the acceptance of tender conditions. (Form of tender and general conditions are given in the tender documents) 4. Detailed specification of the Desktop computer (Attach brochure if any). 5. Manufacturer’s Authorisation Form (MAF) from the OEM. 6. Scanned copies of certifications (ISO 9001-2008, RoHS, EPEAT Gold/Energy Star 5.2 certifications or any other) 7. Filled BOQ - Price list (should be in .xls format) 8. Terms and conditions of the supplier.
