UNIFIED TRACK: SEVERAL RETURNEES HOPE TO HELP BULL DOGS EXCEL AGAIN SEASON

he 2019 Columbus North unified track team looks to follow up last year’s strong season Twith yet another good one. A year ago, the Bull Dogs placed third in the IHSAA State Finals with 94 points in the 10-team competition. Sophomore Max Wilson, senior Devin Ashcroft, junior Dalton Kirk, senior James Dwyer, junior Anthony Ashcroft, senior Noah Algee and Alana Cook all return from the group that scored in the state meet. Wilson won a section of the 400 meters in 58.27 seconds, while Devin Ashcroft placed first in a flight of the shot put at 24-7½.
