While interpretations may vary from one place to the next, the hall is a Mary Coutts-Tobin municipal building and, as such, must comply. They can host events with up to 25 June Joyce attendees observing social distancing. Specifically, there is to be no dancing. Our Martha Kelly Kevin O’Brien inquiry regarding line dancing was answered in the negative. If we wanted to push the Marie Osterland issue, we could ask for permission to hold a Zumba class. Nobody would come Tom Osterland anyway because we would have to charge $27 pp. to cover rent and custodial service. Celebrity and pro duos will perform time-honored dances including the Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot, Samba, Tango, Rumba, Cha Cha and Jive.
