CERTIFIED DELICIOUS RECIPES MINI MEATBALLS Submitted by Kary’s Roux and Bar-B-Q Sauce

Ingredients: Meatballs: 1 pound ground beef 1 pound ground pork 2 eggs ½ cup unseasoned breadcrumbs ½ cup onions, chopped Queen Bee Seasoning (to taste)

Sauce: 2 cups Pig Stand Bar-B-Q Sauce ½ cup dark brown sugar

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a bowl, add ground beef, ground pork, eggs, breadcrumbs, onions and seasoning. Mix well. Form mixture into bite sized meatballs and place onto baking sheet. Place baking sheets CRAWFISH ETOUFFE with meatballs into oven and cook for 10 minutes.
