The primary locations of interest include the Buckhead and Midtown MARKET office submarkets, with a brief synopsis of the Northwest and Central INDICATORS HIGH LOW AVG. Perimeter office submarkets. All parking prices mentioned are per space per month. Reserved $198 $70 $108 Depending on the submarket, parking costs can impact a tenant’s Unreserved $110 $63 $106 occupancy by as much as 15%. For a typical company with 12,000 SF and 50 employees, assuming a need of 4 reserved spaces and 46 unreserved, the parking cost impact per square foot would be $4.69 PSF in Buckhead and $6.21 PSF in Midtown. CENTRAL PERIMETER NORTHWEST In a survey of 51 properties, only 9 are currently charging for reserved For the Northwest submarket, in a survey of parking in the Central Perimeter submarket. This count is up slightly from 42 properties, only 3 properties are currently 8 properties reporting parking fees last year. The parking rates range from charging for reserved parking. Parking prices $35-$75 per month for reserved parking, averaging around $54 per month. range from $65-$120 per month.
