On November 9, 2017, OTR hosted a jam-packed grand opening to welcome the newest member of the OTR family: Midtown Crossing Apartments. This Harrison Square Apartments Hill Arboretum Apartments Matteson Apartments Milwaukee Avenue Apartments Rockford Evanston Matteson Chicago attractive 33-unit apartment community in downtown Des Plaines is now fully occupied and gives these residents with mobility impairments maximum accessibility through barrier-free design. Inside the building, artist Peggy Macnamara’s colorful artwork enlivens each floor.
