ORDER
1. The issue for consideration is the pollution of Radha Kund and
Shyam Kund in Village Arita in Mathura District, Uttar Pradesh, by discharge of sewage and domestic waste.
2. The matter was last considered on 03.03.2020 in the light of earlier order dated 11.10.2019 directing the State PCB to take steps under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974. The
Tribunal also sought a response from Mathura Vrindavan Development
Authority (MVDA). The MVDA has filed its response on 13.06.2020 to the effect that same issue is being dealt with in O.A No. 299/2013, Giriraj
Parikrama Sanrakshan Sansthan & Ors v. Department of Environment &

Forest & Ors and steps have been explained in the said matter which is now listed for hearing on 11.08.2020.
3. While we accept the prayer to defer the matter to 11.8.2020, having regard to the nature of issues in this matter, we request the
Oversight Committee constituted by this Tribunal under the
Chairmanship of Justice S.V.S. Rathore, former Judge of the Allahabad
High Court to look into the issue and give its independent report in the matter by e-mail at [email protected] preferably in the form of searchable PDF/ OCR Support PDF and not in the form of Image PDF. A copy of this order be sent to Justice S.V.S. Rathore, former Judge of the
Allahabad High Court by email.
List again on 11.08.2020 along with O.A No. 299/2013.
