After almost two weeks of Mock examinations Year 11 sat their final exam paper yesterday morning. Teachers will be marking papers over the coming days ready for 'Mock Results Day' on Monday 28th January. The wait will doubtless be an anxious one but Year 11 should take confidence from the fact that their attendance to exams has been the best ever and their behaviour and conduct throughout has been exemplary. Attending lessons in the following few weeks will be crucial as teachers take studentsthroughthepapersandshowthem where they have lost marks and ensure they know how to avoid making the same mistakes in the summer. Year 9 parents evening on Tuesday was very well attended and students have until next Friday 25th January to make their choices. Mr Simon Tong Deputy Head Teacher
