Exchange derivatives issues: Greece 1999 to date Responsible for drafting of regulatory decisions and regulations of ADECH and ADEX (Law 2533/1997, Law 3152/2003), author of the texts (in Greek and English) and participation in institutional committees for the review of the legislation on capital market. Author of draft laws / decisions of the ASE to the HCMC regarding indicatively:

a) amendment of the institutional framework for the derivatives markets (Law 2733/1999, 2789/2000, 2836/2000 N.) β) regulation of short selling and operation of repo contracts («stock lending») c) review of the institutional framework for clearing and settlement of securities and derivatives (2006) Preparation of legal studies (in Greek) on issues of stock derivatives, for example: a) “Representation and presence of investments firms in Greece”. Need for clear separation of the regulated cases ", April 2001. Based on the recommendation the opinion No. 330/2002 of the Legal Council of State (Section B) was adopted on the non- taxation of supplies of shares made in pursuance of equity derivatives. 2. Clearing and settlement issues regarding capital instruments: Greece 1999 to date Participation in working groups of the ASE, the ADECH, the CSD and HELEX for the clearing, settlement and enforcement of securities in dematerialized form as well as preparation of relative studies. Greece 2003 Preparation of a study and preparation of draft legislation for the operation of companies as a central counterparty clearing (in cooperation with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission). Greece 2007 Responsible for drafting the provisions of Part II (Art. 72-83) of Law 3606/2007 regarding central counterparty, clearing and settlement.

3. Capital market issues: Greece 1999 to 2005 Responsible, as a counsel of ADEX / ADECH, for monitoring of European law developments regarding the EU Directives on investment services and market abuse.
