How To Play: One grand prize winner, one second prize winner, and one third prize winner will be randomly selected by the Company from all entries received within the registration deadline. Winner may be notified through the mobile application, by e- mail, or phone call. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the winner, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the participant for purposes of winner selection. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder, in the Company's sole discretion. The option to renew the passes after the first year will be the winner’s decision and the cost of the renewal will be the winner’s responsibility. Each winner must submit proof of eligibility to claim the prize. If a winner is disqualified, the Company reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner's prize, in its sole discretion. The Company is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, failed, incomplete, corrupted, distorted or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, delays or interruptions of Internet service, network connection or website, which may limit an online participant’s ability to participate in the Contest, and any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Contest. 5. Publicity. By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner(s) grant the Company exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. In the event legal disputes arise, by participating, participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Buncombe County, North Carolina. All legal issues and questions, concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these rules shall be governed by, and in accordance with, the laws of the State of North Carolina, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. 9.
