THE FMCF MISSION FMCF was established in 1999. The money raised supports "Cornerstones for Kids" - building a brighter future through education, the arts and baseball. Since its inception, the FMCF has given back over $5.5 million dollars to the community! The purpose of this not- for-profit charitable organization is to promote educational, athletic, health, social and community service programs with a particular

Hanley Ramirez was honored as a back-to-back recipient at the Annual Marlins Awards Dinner as the 2006 Marlins Rookie of the Year and 2007 Team MVP. Look for Ramirez to represent the Marlins once again this year at the event where he will be honored as the 2008 Marlins Most Valuable Player.
