OCD3

• Coordinated with the Provinces and HUCs re status update and effects of the earthquake • Advised the DRRMOs to continuously monitor the situation in their area relative to the earthquake. • Disseminated Earthquake Information to all local DRRMOs and member line agencies thru SMS, and Facebook Messenger. • Closely monitoring all seven (7) provinces and two (2) HUCs in Central Luzon

CALABARZON

DSWD

1. The alert level of the Regional and Provincial Quick Response Teams (R PQRT) and the FOs Emergency Operations Center (EOC) have been lowered to white alert status effective 02 August 2021.

2. The Field Office through the DRMD coordinated with Batangas PSWDO and the MSWDOs of Calatagan and to provide the result of their assessment for identification of possible assistance to the affected families.

3. The undersigned coordinated with the Chairperson of the Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (RDRRMC) IV-A and advised to deactivate the Response Cluster in connection with the magnitude 6.6 earthquake in Calatagan, Batangas.

4. The DRMD stands ready to support and facilitate assistance, if and when requested by the RDRRMC IV-A and LGUs.

5. The DRMD conducted Executive Briefing for the Ms. 6.6 earthquake to facilitate strategic coordination between members of the Response Cluster that may provide the logistical requirements for the delivery of assistance to the affected LGUs.

6. The DRMD requested the LGUs to document their Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) and conduct After Action Review (AAR) to document their best practices in responding to earthquake related hazard during COVID-19 pandemic.

• Conducted small group meeting with PHIVOLCS, OCD, DSWD, and PDRRMO Batangas on the magnitude 6.6 earthquake in Calatagan, Batangas • Participated in the Response Cluster Meeting lead by DSWD CALABARZON on the effects of the magnitude 6.6 earthquake in Calatagan, Batangas • Continuous coordination with PDRRMOs and LDRRMOs to monitor their respective Areas of Responsibility (AOR) for damages and untoward effects of the earthquake. DOST - PHIVOLCS

PHIVOLCS • Issued Earthquake Information advisories on the magnitude 6.6 earthquake in Calatagan, Batangas and its subsequent aftershocks. • Participated in the small group meeting with OCD, DSWD, and PDRRMO Batangas on the 6.7mg earthquake in Calatagan, Batangas.

CCCM AND FNFI CLUSTERS (Lead: DSWD IV-A)

• Facilitated the conduct of Response Cluster Meeting on the effects of the magnitude 6.6 earthquake in Calatagan, Batangas • Participated in the small group meeting with PHIVOLCS, OCD, DSWD, and PDRRMO Batangas on the 6.7mg earthquake in Calatagan, Batangas • Mobilized seven (7) personnel to render duty at the FO Emergency Operation Center (EOC) • Prepositioned a total of 4,993 family food packs amounting to ?2,466,244.00 and 9,000 packs of Ready to Eat Food amounting to ?386,100.00 while there are available raw materials amounting to ?11,222,355.27. • Made available non- food items consists of 1,760 hygiene kits amounting to ?2,593,360.00; 50 kitchen kits amounting to ?37,875.00; 1,840 sleeping kits amounting to ?2,477,143.00; 34 family kits amounting to ?68,000.00 and raw materials amounting to ?11,222,355.20 at the FOs warehouses in Dasmarinas City and Gen. Mariano Alvarez, . • Field Office has ?5,240,440.00 standby fund with on-going procurement of raw materials for additional production of family food packs.

HEALTH CLUSTER (Lead: DOH IV-A)

• Participated in the Response Cluster Meeting lead by DSWD CALABARZON on the effects of the magnitude 6.6 earthquake in Calatagan, Batangas • Requested PDRRMOs to submit needs/requirements, if any • Activated Center for Health Development CALABARZON RDRRM-H Emergency Operations Center • Continuously monitoring the situation • Nutrition and MPHSS Sub-Clusters are on standby and monitoring the situation

DEBRIS CLEARING AND CIVIL WORKS CLUSTER (Lead: DPWH IV-A)

• Ongoing assessment of roads and bridges • Will conduct further assessment on the effects of the earthquake when the weather or situation warrants

LAW AND ORDER CLUSTER (Lead: PRO4A)

PDRRMO • 24/7 monitoring and activation of Operations Center; • Closely coordinating with Batangas PPO for the continuous monitoring of AOR. • Continuous monitoring and analysis of weather situation thru DOST PAGASA. • Continuous monitoring and coordination via Text Message, Telephone/ Phone calls and SocialMedia with City/ Municipality DRRMOs regarding status and weather situation in their Area of Responsibility. • Sent list of suspected fissures to PHIVOLCS subject for validation

DPWH I • All MPPs & Maintenance crew are on standby for immediate response. • Monitoring of all national roads and bridges • Continous monitoring of status of Earthquake thru PHIVOLCS- DOST updates/ advisory • Activated District Disaster Risk Reduction Team • Operator & Equipment are prepositioned at DPWH Lemery Sub-office for immediate response. • Ongoing Clearing Operations

Close coordination with the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) and RDRRMC MIMAROPA for any significant development on the said incident.

City DRRMO, EOC •Red Alert since 17 March 2020 in connection with COVID19 Response, 24-hour heighted monitoring. •Disseminates advisories and PAGASA bulletins through social media accounts •Continuous coordination with 16 DRRMs Committees regarding possible effects of Southwest Monsoon. •SAR/EMS team is now on standby alert. CSWDO •Response Team on standby and preparing for CCCM. PNP •Security and SAR Teams are on standby alert for possible rescue operations. BFP •Teams from five (5) Substations are activated for consequence management.
