Director of Learning Experiences May 2018 to Present Directs multiple global teams in crafting new digital and blended learning experiences in multiple languages to scale Fortive Business Systems’ (FBS) global training initiative, providing 24/7 on-demand access to digital courses and micro-learning on any device or platform. Reports to the VP of Learning & Leadership Development.

• Supported 28K global users with the design and launch of a new LMS platform and learner experience model, including a plug- and-play blueprint, creating a complimentary Learning as a Service (LaaS) portal to aid new revenue-generating business.

Director of Modern Learning and Video - July 2015 to May 2018 Developed and published innovative customer learning and media experiences across all Office audiences, devices, and platforms to enhance skills, productivity, adoption, and satisfaction.

• Oversaw 20 FTEs and 70 vendors while creating a new organizational service and collaboration model - including accessibility and inclusive design - to successfully address modern needs and requirements.

Creative Content and Business Strategist December 2001 to August 2011 Founded a consulting firm and functioned as the Chief Strategist, providing services in business strategy, project planning, learning, and technical/solution management. Oversaw large virtual team of content, development, programming, media, and commerce staff in achieving client goals, employing Rapid Prototyping and Agile development processes (SCRUM) as a failsafe in ensuring that creative solutions met all defined project parameters.

• Contracted by Washington State to create and launch the first completely online Food Worker Certification program; made program available in eight languages, met cost and delivery requirements and drastically increased course accessibility; program realized expansion into a saleable model being marketed to 20 other states.

Director - Creative Services May 2007 to December 2010 Enlisted to create and grow a new Creative Services business practice, determining and designing program infrastructure and delivery staff in conjunction with leading division management in multiple and concurrent projects.

• Generated and managed $5 million in project revenue by successfully maintaining relationships with existing clients and securing new accounts including Microsoft, RealNetworks and the State of Washington.

Senior Program Manager April 1991 to February 2000 Served as a thought leader and product planner for the Microsoft Mastering Series product line while leading the release of 50+ titles in four languages and creating a repeatable process that allowed Microsoft to publish launch three distinct GTM packaged products from a single development effort.
