The Council’s Findings, Conclusion and Decision (Clerk File 311081) contains 64 conditions of approval (pages 15 to 29). The Council’s Findings, Conclusion and Decision are included in their entirety as Appendix F to this Compiled Master Plan. Future development of the Virginia Medical Center is subject to those conditions.
