The Old Town Hall is a Grade II Listed Georgian neo-classical town hall, built in 1841. It is a landmark building in a key location in the town centre, at the edge of the central shopping area and within the Oldham Town Centre Conservation Area.

Description The Old Town Hall is to be redeveloped to create a major restaurant and leisure scheme incorporating a state of the art 7 screen 800 seat cinema and six restaurants ranging in size from 2,464 sq ft to 6,700 sq ft.
