Each of the two delegates will receive a $10,000 scholarship and an all-expenses paid trip to Washington, D.C. from March 7-March 14, 2020. Good luck, Lance!

Laura and Katie Braddick and Caterina Paoletti worked with Partners for World Health to pack a 40-foot shipping container with medical supplies. The 15,000 pound container was shipped to the Bahamas to assist with Hurricane Dorian relief. In addition, $600 collected at KHS was sent directly to hospitals in the Bahamas.

A Note from our New School Nurse Brooke Price

Hello KHS, I grew up in Oregon, lived in Denver, CO for 7 years, and ended up in Maine. My most recent jobs have been working at the UNE student health center and, prior to starting at KHS, I was working at Intermed family practice. I am a nurse practitioner and an RN and what I love about medicine is helping people feel better, solving problems, and empowering individuals to live their healthiest life. I live in Saco with my 4 children, 2 oversized dogs, 1 cat, and 8 chickens. I don't have free time :) but I do love baking, gardening, and being outdoors. I enjoy children and am grateful to be part of a great team caring for them and preparing them for the world.

Student Flu Clinic KHS will be having an influenza vaccination clinic on Monday, October 28th. We will be partnering with Northern Light Home Care and Hospice to provide this clinic to our students. The permission form can be found HERE. Hard copies are available in the main office.
