Procurement Plan

Public Disclosure Authorized The procurement plan will cover the whole period of the project implementation. The Project Implementation Agency shall update the procurement plan throughout the duration of the project at least annually by including contracts previously awarded. All procurement plans, their updates or modifications shall be subject to Bank’s prior review and no objection before implementation.

As the procurement plan was not being implemented in 2013 a few changes were made on December 30, 2013, which include: a) for Chaoyang, adjustments were made between 3 contract packages of civil works on contract scope and contract value. Project scope and overall contract value stayed the same; b) for Donggang, adjustments were made on contract

scope of goods; c) for Panjin, number of vehicles to be procured is reduced to 140 units. (changes are highlighted in red).
