The Ceremonious Opening of Sparkle Roll Group’s “Bentley Beijing Century Showroom”
(Hong Kong, 26 April 2012) – Sparkle Roll Group Limited (“Sparkle Roll” or “the Group”)(SEHK: 0970), which is principally engaged in distributorships of top-tier luxury goods, and ultra-luxury automobiles in particular, is pleased to announce that “Bentley Beijing Century Showroom” of Bentley, the Group’s distributor brand, housed at “Beijing Sparkle Roll Luxury World” was recently ceremoniously opened. The showroom is one of the world’s largest Bentley dealerships, with a gross area of 1,135 square meters and a total investment of RMB 35 million, which further promotes Bentley’s noble quality as well as marketing and sales activities in the China market.
Guests who attended the opening ceremony included Sparkle Roll Management and Bentley Greater China Management, Mr. Till Scheer, Regional Director of Bentley Motors Greater China, Mr Chong Got, Bentley China, Mr. Richard Charlesworth MVO, Head of Bentley's Heritage Collection, Mr. Jackie Chan, international movie star icon, Mr. Sun Nan, famous Chinese singer, Ms. Crystal Liu and Ms. Yin Tao, famous Chinese actresses, etc.
Housed at Level I of “Beijing Sparkle Roll Luxury World” (China Headquarter), “Bentley Beijing Century Showroom” serves as the Group’s cross-selling platform. The design of the showroom was fully in charge by Bentley design team from Crewe UK, all furniture was imported and the showroom was renovated based on Bentley’s latest CI design concept. At the opening ceremony, the showroom was showcasing four Bentley’s brand new exclusive models - The New Continental GTC, Continental GT, Continental Flying Spur and the limited edition Bentley Mulsanne Diamond Jubilee, which especially marks the 60th anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II's reign.
In addition, ‘tailor-made’ services were provided to car owners at the showroom. Customers could select their favorite interiors materials and colors for their Bentleys. The staffs at the showroom would subsequently liaise with Bentley factory in order to exquisitely produce the unique Bentley model.
Mr. Ivan Tong, Chairman of Sparkle Roll said, “China has become Bentley’s biggest market in the world. During the first quarter of 2012, sales in the region grew by approximately 84% compared with the same period in 2011. It has proven that Bentley has become Chinese riches’ favorite.
