● Manager, Partner Relations & Artist Marketing - US Latin ONErpm Miami, Florida February 2020 to present

ONErpm ​is a global service and digital distribution company that helps creators and content owners from all walks of life succeed in today’s digital, interconnected landscape. As part of the US Latin team based in Miami, I have a double duty as a Partner Relations and Artist Marketing Manager. On one hand, I am responsible for managing the relations and pitching our Latin priority clients to all the Digital Streaming Platforms, oversee the execution of playlist strategies, and analyze listener behavior and song performance on various platforms. On the other hand, I create and develop marketing campaign strategies to grow both, the market share and the artist’s fan base. I work closely not only with DSPs partners but also with colleagues around the world executing successful and lasting marketing campaigns that will help our Latin artists get their careers further than they imagine.

● Latin Music Publicist Specialist The 3 Collective Los Angeles, California April 2019 to January 2020

The 3 Collective is a full-service boutique public relations firm based in Los Angeles, California. With over 15+ years of experience working with the top names in general, Latin and urban entertainment, The 3 Collective is focused on providing media relations, promotional services, and national exposure to the entertainment and advertising industries. As a Music Publicist at The 3 Collective, I use my public relations skills and media knowledge to help a musical artist maintain his or her desired public image. Some of the duties include helping to market the artist´s work, representing the artist through press releases, arranging for interviews with the media, writing speeches, and pitching clients to different media outlets. I was specifically in charge of handling the public image of all the Hispanic artists scheduled to perform for the Los Angeles Philharmonic at the Hollywood Bowl 2019 Season. Thanks to the PR work done during this season, the LA Phil managed not only to increase the number of the Latino audience but to generate 2 sold outs in the iconic Hollywood Bowl (17,500 capacity). Rebeleon Entertainment is a Label, a management company, and a Production house in charge of various media solutions for the entertainment industry. Rebeleon´s label roster includes La Santa Cecilia, & Alejandra Guzmán, Enjambre, Mon Laferte, Mitre, and Nat´Lee. Rebeleon manages some of the most talented producers, composers, and songwriters in the world of Latin music. As a Production Coordinator, my duties included developing and executing marketing strategies, including global release schedules, promo, social media plans, and press for a variety of label clients. Some of the daily tasks were managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables for short-and long-term projects alike across all sectors of the artist ́s career (including, but not limited to, music, touring, and brand partnerships)

● Tour Manager - Freelance ​South America & 2016 to 2018

As a Tour Manager, I negotiated, supervised, prepared, and arranged every detail involved in a band ́s performance. I coordinated hotel and travel arrangements, per diems, soundchecks and showtimes, backstage riders, booked flights, ground, and translations for some of the biggest live shows around South America & Mexico. Some of the performing artists I have collaborated with include ​Aerosmith (in which I was Steven Tyler’s personal assistant), ​Incubus,​ ​Julian Casablancas+TheVoidz​, ​U2​, ​The 1975,​ Tegan&Sara,​ ​Andres Calamaro​, ​,​ and ​Enrique Bunbury​. ● Music Festival Production Coordinator - Freelance ​Bogotá, Colombia 2016 to 2018

As a Music Festival Production Coordinator, I had a key leadership role in the planning and execution of assigned festivals. I partnered with the Promoter to create the vision of the brand and lead the team to produce the highest quality festivals in the industry. I was specifically responsible to work closely with the venue to make sure everything was in working order and that all the show needs were being addressed and met. My main goal was to develop and foster relationships with artists, tour crew, artist management, venues, and other important personnel to ensure streamlined communication and successful execution of each show at the festival. Some of the music festivals I have worked in Colombia include ​Festival Estéreo Picnic,​ ​Jamming Festival​, ​Festival Hermoso Ruido​, C​ osquín Rock Colombia,​ ​Sonar​, and A​ lmax.​

● Line Producer ​ - Freelance ​Bogotá, Colombia 2016 to 2018

As a Line Producer, I was responsible for managing the budget and overseeing all operations and logistics for advertisement films from pre-production, production, and post-production. I acted as the liaison between the above-the-line talent (actors, writers, and directors) and the below-the-line positions (location scouts, makeup artists, sound editors, amongst others) Some of the main responsibilities included recruitment of key personnel, organizing schedules, start dates for Cast & Crew, location scouting, monitoring budgets and facilitating transportation, wardrobe and props, cameras, lighting, rigging, travel, and contracting of legal permissions and agreements. Some of the projects I worked on include the marketing shooting for Netflix's ​Narcos Season 3 and the documentary for Vice Colombia ​When in Roam: Colombia,​ amongst others.

As a Radio & TV Creative Producer for advertising agencies, my job was to oversee the production and delivery of audiovisual content for each client. I project managed the process of turning creative ideas into tangible outputs across a variety of media such as TV, radio, and print. I also managed multiple projects simultaneously through the pre-production, production, and post-production process.
