Mitsubishi Estate and CO—RE along with architects Make are pleased to welcome you to this public consultation over the designs for the redevelopment of 72 Upper Ground, formerly The Studios.

Mitsubishi Estate is one of Japan’s leading publicly listed property companies who last year bought the vacant site from ITV PLC with plans to transform the building into a new, world class scheme for London. Mitsubishi Estate London has led on a number of landmark schemes including the redevelopment of Paternoster Square, next to St Paul’s Cathedral.

Central London-focused developer CO—RE has been appointed as the development manager. The company has enormous experience, having delivered over 3 million sq ft of commercial space and has incredible schemes such as 10 Fenchurch Avenue, a recently completed scheme in the City of London with a publicly-accessible rooftop garden, in its portfolio.

The design of 72 Upper Ground is being undertaken by London-based global architecture practice, Make. Make has led on the designs of innovative developments such as the RIBA London Award- winning work space at St James’s Market as well as the mixed-use Rathbone Square scheme, just north of Oxford Street.
