Built by his company, Jonas/Werner Fine Custom Homes, the 7,000-square-foot Hampton-style Colonial manor, which has five bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms, was last listed for $2.5 million. Josh Baris, the agent representing Jonas in the sale, said because the home has not officially been closed on, he cannot disclose the price it will be sold for. He said he expects it to close this summer. The home was previously taken off the market briefly in November 2017 before being put back on in January of this year. The home, which is located in the exclusive Valhalla Estates neighborhood, is at the end of a private cul-de-sac and sits on more than two acres of land, which includes a large saltwater pool and waterfall. Inside, the home features "state-of-the-art amenities and attention to detail throughout," highlighted by a large glass-walled wine cellar off the formal dining room, a billiards room and a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, according to the home's listing. The second floor of the home, according to its listing, features a "magnificent master suite," which includes a fireplace, two walk-in-closets, a dressing room and a "luxurious master bath." Property taxes for the home were not publicly available. Jonas, who grew up in Wyckoff, burst onto the scene in 2007 with his brothers, Joe and Nick, when their band, the Jonas Brothers, released their pop rock album, which rose to number five on the Billboard Hot 200 chart. Kevin Jonas, the oldest of the brothers, is no stranger to the New Jersey real estate market. The Montville home is the third New Jersey home he is selling in the last five years, according to previous reporting by NJ Advance Media. The most recent transaction was selling his Boonton home for $1.95 million in March 2017. He is married to New Jersey native Danielle Deleasa, and the couple have two young daughters.
