Decision: Keep the petitions open; ask to the European Commission for a written reply and to investigate whether there had been a violation of educational pluralism; send the petitions to LIBE committee for an opinion; send the petitions to the Disability Intergroup for information; send a letter to the Spanish Ministry of education, asking if in the legislative process of elaboration of the Law on Education, the Ministry has encouraged the widest possible support from different parties stakeholders as indicated by the European Commission in the Country Specific Report for the Semester 2020 European Union for Spain, which called for a social and political consensus regarding a possible educational reform in Spain and also information on whether Law violates the pluralism and the freedom of parents to choose an educational center and type of teaching.
