Dear Sirs

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 REQUEST

I would like to request information about the future of Kingskerswell and its boundary..

What i would like to know is what does the future hold for Kingskerswell. Rumour has done the round for the last twelve months about the boundary being moved. I am hearing that the boundary will be moved forcing Kingskerswell to be moved into 's jurisdiction.

If the rumours are true, then please confirm what will happen. Who was consulted. If not, will the residents of Kingskerswell have a say about the boundary move? Well, it is a democracy after all.....

I have communicated with Mr Gordon Hook, County Councillor of South and he said that he knows nothing. That he would oppose such move. i will oppose such move as well.

I will look forward to hear from you in due course.

Your sincerely
