CON – JUNE 15, 2019 Wentworth Con Video Contest

VIDEO CATEGORIES: Wentworth Con will play the following (five) videos during the Panel/Q&A. 1. Wentworth Con Intro – featuring all guests attending! 2. Entrance Video for () 3. Entrance Video for (Joan Ferguson) 4. Entrance Video for Kate Jenkinson (Allie Novak) 5. Entrance Video for Katrina Milosevic (Sue Jenkins)

RULES: 1. All entries must be received by 11:59pm Friday, May 10th, 2019. 2. All videos must be ORIGINAL, your own work and no one else’s. 3. All videos must be HD (1080p) and between 60-90 seconds. 4. All videos must be subtitled. 5. All videos must focus on the Wentworth character. (ie: best lines, best moments, drama, action, love) Be sure to incorporate audio from the show. Please do not send us videos solely based on a “ship”. As much as we love the fandom “ships”, we want to highlight more than just their love stories. 6. To submit your video, you must email a link to your video download to [email protected]. Include your Full Name, City, and State in the body of the email. Dropbox, Wetransfer, 4Shared, Sendspace, Mediafire, are common delivery methods. Please do not send us a link to a Youtube video. Should your video be chosen, we will have to download it for the final vote. 7. Anonymous submissions are not accepted. 8. Videos should be free of creator identification, including bumpers and credit rolls. We will announce the video creator at the convention. 9. You do not have to attend to convention to enter and win. 10. You can enter all five categories, but you can only submit ONE video per category. 11. All videos must be suitable for viewing by a family audience. Please do not include inappropriate content.

PRIZES: There will be a total of FIVE prize winners. Each video creator will win: 1. Video will be played at The Official Wentworth Con in Newark, NJ on June 15, 2019. 2. One Wentworth Con event poster autographed by all four guests.

LEGAL STUFF: 1. By submitting an entry, each contestant agrees: they have read, understand and will comply with these official rules; and, or to the extent permitted by law, consent to the use of the entrant's name, likeness and/or biographical data for purposes of advertising and promotion by KClark Promotions LLC (Wentworth Con), without further consent, compensation or approval. 2. Submitted materials become the property of KClark Productions LLC (Wentworth Con) and will not be returned. By submitting a video to KClark Productions LLC (Wentworth Con), the video creator grants KClark Productions LLC (Wentworth Con) non-revocable permission to exhibit that video. The video creator otherwise retains all rights and responsibilities relating to its creation. 3. We cannot be held responsible for lost or misdirected entries. 4. Do not submit anyone's videos other than your own or your group. 5. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law. 6.
