ALTERATION OF BOUNDARIES – BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF HAZENMORE AND THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF PINTO CREEK NO. 75 Under the authority conferred upon the Minister of Government Relations by section 61 of The Municipalities Act, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: (a) the boundaries of the Village of Hazenmore and the Rural Municipality of Pinto Creek No. 75 be altered by withdrawing from the Village and adding to the RM the territory described in Schedule A; (b) Schedule B is conclusively deemed to be the legal description of the boundaries of the Village of Hazenmore; and (c) the boundary alterations shall take effect on and from the date of the signing of this Order. THAT the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission approves Bylaw 624.2 to be amended to read as follows: “624.2 A brokerage shall not make an electronic transfer using Internet banking from an account in which money is held in trust unless the following conditions can and will be met: (a) before the funds are transferred from the account to another account, there must be written authorization by the broker or by a person authorized by the broker supporting the transfer; (b) a printed record providing details of the Internet transfer is kept; and (c) the printed record of the transfer is reviewed, signed and dated by the broker or by a person authorized by the broker on the date of the transfer or the next business day.”
