U.S. pipelines and gas storage assets

Transports natural gas from supply primarily in the Appalachian 18,676 km 6 Columbia Gas Basin to markets and pipeline interconnects throughout the U.S. 100% (11,605 miles) Northeast. Provides regulated underground natural gas storage service from several facilities (not all shown) to customers in key eastern 6a Columbia Storage 285 Bcf 100% markets. Connects with TQM near East Hereford, Québec to deliver natural 303 km gas to customers in the U.S. Northeast and Canadian Maritimes. 17 Portland2 15.7% (188 miles) We effectively own 15.7 per cent of the system through our 25.5 per cent interest in TC PipeLines, LP. Transports natural gas between Arizona and California, and 138 km connects with a third-party pipeline on the California/Mexico 18 North Baja2 25.5% (86 miles) border. We effectively own 25.5 per cent of the system through our interest in TC PipeLines, LP.

Mexican pipelines

Transports natural gas to El Oro and Topolobampo, Sinaloa, from 572 km 19 Topolobampo interconnects with third-party pipelines in El Encino, Chihuahua, 100% (355 miles) and El Oro, Sinaloa. Offshore pipeline that transports natural gas from the U.S.– Mexican border near Brownsville, , to Mexican power plants 770 km 20 Sur de Texas in Altamira, Tamaulipas and Tuxpan, Veracruz, where it 60% (478 miles) interconnects with the Tamazunchale and Tula pipelines and other third-party facilities. 430 km Transports natural gas from El Oro to Mazatlán, in the State of 21 Mazatlán 100% (267 miles) Sinaloa. Mexico pipelines

This bidirectional pipeline will transport natural gas to Tula, Hidalgo 420 km and Villa de Reyes, San Luis Potosí, connecting to the Tamazunchale 26 Villa de Reyes 100% (261 miles) and Tula pipelines as well as other pipeline systems, and the Salamanca industrial complex in the state of Guanajuato. The pipeline will interconnect the completed east segment with Villa Tula (excluding 324 km 27 de Reyes near Tula, Hidalgo to supply natural gas to CFE combined- 100% the East Section) (201 miles) cycle power generating facilities in central Mexico.

Canadian pipelines

The 2022 NGTL System Expansion Program, including multiple 221 km NGTL 2022 Facilities pipeline projects and compression additions, along with other 100% (137 miles) facilities. Expected completion is by April 2022 and April 2023. The 2023 Expansion Program for the NGTL System and Foothills 228 km NGTL 2023 Facilities including multiple pipeline projects and compression additions 100% (142 miles) with expected in-service dates in 2022, 2023 and 2024.

U.S. pipelines

A reliability project on the ANR pipeline that will replace, upgrade Elwood Power/ANR Horsepower N/A and modernize certain facilities with expected in-service in 100% Replacement4 2022.
