Since this is an annual conclave, it is imperative that final year students be given preference in nomination, as they may not get another opportunity of participation.

For awareness, the hyperlink of Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad (wrrw.bharatiyachhatrasansad.org) may kindly be provided on the website of your college. The logo of can be obtained from its website. Any information or clarification about the conclave can be obtained by contacting on the phone numbers 88888L5421| 22 | 23. The website also contains detailed information.

Students interested to speak during the conclave are required to send 3 minutes video recording of their speech on one of the topics given in the brochure. Students may refer the website for details about the selection process'

The registration kit contains a 4-page folder, sample registration form and self-addressed postage paid envelope. If you wish to nominate additional students, the photocopy of the registration form can be used.

you are requested to send the duly filled Nomination cum Registration form to our correspondence address along with the Registration fees by Demand Draft at the earliest to avoid last minute inconvenience to the students. Alternatively, there is also a provision for filling on-line Registration form along with on-line e-payment facility.

The college may grant the cost of registration to the nominated students (the registration fee for each nominated student leader is Rs. 900/-, The participating student leaders will be provided with 2 Morning Snacks, 3 Lunch and 3 Evening Snacks on tanuary 19 & 20' 21, 2O1a at the venue.

A Particioation Kit shall be handed over to the students at the time of their reporting.
