Music Plant artist Georgie Porgie named to TOP 10 Dance/Club PlayArtists of the Decade List.

PRESS RELEASE: Chicago, IL Dec 21, 2009 – In the past decade there has been two constants in the world of Dance Music; one is Music Plant Records and the other is Georgie Porgie. As such, it should come as no surprise that Georgie Porgie has been named to Billiboard Magazine’s TOP 10 DANCE ARTISTS OF THE DECADE LIST. Georgie is only one of two males in the Top 10 (the other being Enrique Iglesias), and enjoys the company of Madonna, Beyonce, Rihanna, Mariah, Jennifer Lopez, Janet Jackson, Kim English, and Kristine W. However, Georgie has accomplished this without the benefit of one thing…big financial label backers. GP..one man with a dream and bucket loads of talent.

Since the early 90’s Porgie has done it all. Besides being a chart-topping recording artist, he’s a producer and songwriter, top-notch remixer, and head of the venerable Music Plant Group, a powerhouse record label for over 18 years.
