I am a professional freelance Arboricultural Consultant, surveyor and auditor based in North . I am involved in providing services of electrical surveying – 43/8 vegetation management in relation to safety clearances and auditing, ESQCR -32, and resilience surveying for ETR-132.,. My work also involves independent Visual Tree assessments including BS: 5837/2012 planning reports and BS:3998/2010 tree condition reports, supervision and organization of cutting teams, gaining consent/assents from private land owners, and other statutory bodies, Including Tree preservation Orders and Special Sites of Scientific Interest. I provide additional advice regarding complaints and estimations for private and commercial sectors. I am looking to develop further roles in improving my role as a negotiator with regard to difficult landowner conflicts and providing solutions to progress infrastructural developments. Organizing and supervising labour and contractors carrying out tree work, including fencing, tree planting, invasive weed control (Japanese knotweed and rhododendron) and high forest plantation management on National Park property and privately owned land. • Providing arboricultural advice to the Authority's planning department and to developers and members of the public. Delivering an efficient tree protection service in the National Park. • Working closely with the Highways Authority, utility companies (Scottish Power) on Line maintenance and refurbishment issues. • Responsible for the processing of inquiries, applications and appeals in relation to Tree Preservation Orders and trees in Conservation Areas. • Advising and assisting with the process of making Tree Preservation Orders and keeping them under review. • Undertaking and recording tree safety surveys in National Park owned Woodland and property.
