2 3 WELCOME

Dear friends,

Welcome to the 7th Annual Overflow Worship Conference! This past year was different than I ever imagined it would be, and I imagine you may feel the same. But even amidst it all, I know that God is working. Even when we don’t see it with our eyes.

Back in January, when God impressed our 2020 theme, Abound, on my heart, I was so excited and expectant. Little did I know how significant it really would be in the midst of our current circumstances. Abound. And in a season where we find ourselves with so much lack, it’s easy to get stuck there. But, this weekend, we’re here to talk about a different kind of abundance. God truly wants us to step into His abundance. It isn’t about an abundance of resources or personnel (while those are nice, too), it’s about His abundance within us. That isn’t meant to be cliché; it’s a call for all of us, as ministry leaders, to take the time this weekend and step back, re-evaluate, and refill. I imagine that you are tired and depleted. God doesn’t want that for you. I believe that He wants to fill us to the overflowing this weekend, with His abundant joy, peace, and hope, because everything stems from there.

Romans 15:13says:

“Now may God, the inspiration and foundation of hope, fill you to overflowing with uncontainable joy and perfect peace as you trust in him. And may the power of the Holy Spirit continually surround your life with His super-abundance until you radiate with hope!”

I don’t know about you, but I need every single piece of that verse in my life. And I pray it over yours...I pray abounding joy, peace, and Holy Spirit power over each one of you this weekend as you slow down and take a moment to breathe and be refreshed and refilled with us this weekend.

Our focus this weekend is CARE. We want to come alongside and care for you in this season. We crafted all of our sessions and worship sets through that lens. Make sure to take the time to reflect personally, find a quiet corner to sit, and listen for the Holy Spirit speaking to you. It’s a powerful practice that is so important for all of us.

This book contains all the details for the weekend. Be sure to read the detailed schedule for suggested breakout sessions based on your worship team role. Please take a few minutes to read through the rest of this booklet for more pertinent information, as well as, bios of our speakers and our amazing sponsors!

Our team is here for you, so please let them know if you have any questions along the way! We are excited to get to know you better!

Lastly, make sure you take time to connect with your team, those from other churches, and meet our sponsors. I pray that you develop new relationships that will be uplifting to you as you continue this journey of worship ministry.

I can’t wait to worship and learn together this weekend! Thank you for coming!

Blessings to you!

FounderAndrea of Overflow Olson Worship
