Collaboration Event Presented by TOKYO SKYTREE® and the Movie Super: Broly

TOBU TOWER SKYTREE Co., Ltd. TOEI ANIMATION Co., Ltd. TOKYO SKYTREE operated at TOBU TOWER SKYTREE and TOEI ANIMATION will jointly hold a collaboration event “Dragon Ball Super: Broly SKYTREE Super” during the period between Thursday, November 1, 2018 and Monday, January 7, 2019 to celebrate the release of Dragon Ball Super: Broly, the 20th theatrical film of the highly popular animation Dragon Ball series.

The special showing of Dragon Ball “Super” Tenku Picture Scroll will be offered at SKYTREE ROUND THEATER® that uses the glass windows of the 350-meter-high Tembo Deck as a large-sized screen. The showing features famous scenes from the early Dragon Ball series to the latest film Dragon Ball Super with the addition of new original film that was specially created for this event.

The 450-meter-high Tembo Galleria has a special corner where visitors can enjoy the killer techniques from the previous Dragon Ball series. Visitors will enjoy Dragon Ball training in the corner, while at the highest point or Sorakara Point, the image decoration system using AR technology makes it possible for them to virtually try on the Gokou's costume and hairstyle in time with their gestures, allowing them to feel as if they are fighting against the fiercest enemy, Broly. Other various entertainment contents will also be offered, such as a TOKYO SKYTREE original photo spot.

In addition to limited-time collaboration cafe menu items, original merchandise will also be available for purchase.

Special Showing of Dragon Ball “Super” Tenku Picture Scroll at SKYTREE ROUND THEATER®

The special showing of Dragon Ball "Super" Tenku Picture Scroll will be offered at SKYTREE ROUND THEATER® that uses the glass windows of the 350-meter-high Tembo Deck as a large-sized screen. The picture scroll features famous scenes from the early Dragon Ball series to the latest film Dragon Ball Super with the addition of new original film that was specially created for this event, giving visitors a better insight into the secrets of Saiyan's strength. Tembo Shuttles are special elevators featuring Gokou’s various visuals and his opponents from past films. One of the two elevators is decorated with Son Gokou and the other one with other various characters from the previous Dragon Ball series, giving visitors a sense of exaltation when heading up to the Tenku Training Galleria.

At the exit of Tembo Shuttle, there is a standing figure of angry Broly (unveiled for the first time) attacking Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan (SSGSS) Gokou! Visitors will be welcomed by the dynamic photo spot where a real battle is about to begin.

■Floor 445 Tembo Galleria Tenku Training Galleria ― Fight and Master the Dragon Ball Techniques!! ― (See Event Map ③) The 110-meter-long wall surface at Tembo Galleria introduces the evolutionary history of Saiyans who become stronger as they fight. The distinctive sounds of techniques and the lighting effects in the animation will also submerge visitors in the world of Dragon Ball. Tembo Galleria is now the place of training.

■Floor 450 Halfway Point Area Show the Fruits of Your Training! Wake Up!! Super Saiyan (See Event Map ④) A standing figure of is placed in the halfway point area on Tembo Galleria Floor 450. This is a photo spot where visitors can become a Saiyan encircled by an aura with Vegeta and take a commemorative photo!

The halfway point area on Tembo Galleria has a super collection of model sheets for a theatrical film that are unveiled for the first time specially for this event, as well as other premium exhibits that will let visitors more enjoy the film. In addition, this area also exhibits rare original drawings of the new film to be screened at SKYTREE ROUND THEATER® on Tembo Deck.

■Floor 450 Sorakara Point Act Like Gokou and Show Your Killer Technique!! (See Event Map ⑦) Fully energized Broly is waiting for visitors at the 451.2-meter highest point or Sorakara Point. AR technology virtually transforms visitors into Gokou, and they can take a picture of themselves in a posture of fighting against Broly! Original sound and lighting effects will also be used to bring additional excitement to the battle against Broly.

■Floor 450 Exit Slope “Super” Special Exhibition (See Event Map ⑧) The exit slope extending from Sorakara Point to Tembo Shuttle has a super figure collection of Gokou, Broly and other Dragon Ball characters against a backdrop of the super panoramic view from the windows.

Limited-Time Event "Dragon Ball Super Gokou Den Legend" TOKYO Solamachi located at the base of TOKYO SKYTREE will hold a limited-time event “Dragon Ball Super Gokou Den Legend” presented by TOEI ANIMATION. The original exhibition to be held exclusively for this event will allow visitors to re-experience the previous battles of Son Gokou, the main character of the Dragon Ball series. The exhibition includes Gokou's fierce battles against Vegeta, Freeza, and , and other famous exciting combats as well! The shop will also sell various kinds of limited-time merchandise that are available for purchase only at this event.
