With access to over 400km of pisted runs and a huge variety of terrain, there is something for everyone, from the gentle nursery slopes of Les Esserts to the steep bump fields of Mont Fort and Tortin. However, it is the huge off-piste skiing area, easily accessible from the lift system, for which Verbier is most renowned. Home to Warren Smith’s Ski Academy and specialist off-piste school Powder Extreme, Verbier is the perfect resort to take skiing to the next level and make the leap from piste to powder.
Almost as famous as the powder is the village’s lively après ski and nightlife.
