HE.Eng. Ibrahim Mahlab Former Prime Minister of , and Minister of Housing Executive Director of Bayt Elkhebra Group & Business Solutions , Egypt

Eng. Ibrahim Mahlab has been the Group Executive Director of Bayt El Khebra Group since September 2018. He served as the Presidential Assistant for strategic & National Projects. He served as executive position as a (2014 till 2015) and also served as a Minister of Housing (2013). He served as a CEO of Abdullah A.M Al-Khodari Sons Company – Saudi Arabia (2012 till 2013). He served as a Chairman & CEO of the Arab Contractors Osman Ahmed Osman & Co since November 2001. Eng. Mahlab joined Arab Contractors Company in 1972. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Company. He served as Manager of Bridge Department since December 1994. He served as Technical Manager of Saudi Arab Contractors Company from 1985 to 1987. He handling different construction projects such as: bridges, tunnels, sports buildings, monuments restoration and power plants. Eng. Mahlab serves as the Chairman of the Arab Contractors Investments Company, the Arab Contractors Employees Insurance fund and the Arab Contractors Sporting Club. Eng. Mahlab served as Vice-Chairman of The Arab Contractors Co. since February 1997 and served as its Director since January 1996. Eng. Mahlab served as Vice-Chairman of the Egyptian Federation of Construction & Building Contractors and Vice-Chairman of the Association of Enterprises for Environmental Conservation. He served as Director of the Civil Engineering Studies & Researches Center- Faculty of Engineering - , Building & Housing Researches Center, Governors of the Arab Water Council, El Nasr Castings, Suez Canal Bank and Trustee of French University. Eng. Mahlab is a member of the International Association for Bridges and Structural Engineers (I.A.B.S.E) ZURICH - Switzerland, Civil Engineers Community, Egyptian-French Presidential Council, Club d'Affaires Franco - Egyptian, American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt (AmCham), French University Sponsor Council, High Council for Policies - National Democratic Party. He holds a B.Sc in Civil Engineering from Cairo University in 1972.
