GEOGRAPHY

North is located between 0°15' - 5°34'N and 123°07' and 127°10'E. The boundaries of are the Sulawesi Sea, Pacific Ocean and Phillipines (North), Sea (East), Tomini Gulf (South) and Gorontalo Province (West).

The total area of North Sulawesi Utara is 14,360.56 km2 and includes 15 districts, 167 sub-districts and 1,458 villages. Bolaang Mongondow district covers the largest area at 3,022.70 km2 or 20.66% of the province’s total.
