BERMUDA Senator the Hon. the President PROCEEDINGS OF THE SENATE announced that, under the provisions of Sections 24(2)(a) and 24(3) of The SESSION OF 2013 Ombudsman Act 2004, the Ombudsman for Bermuda had presented to the President a copy of her Special Report to Parliament entitled “Diligent Development – Getting It No. 8 Right -- Update on the Legal Status of the UK Environment Charter”, providing further WEDNESDAY, 5th JUNE, 2013 information to the on Bermuda’s legal obligations to perform impact assessments and updating the Ombudsman’s PRESENT: previous Special Reports on the Process and Scope of Analysis for Special Development Senator the Hon. “The Financial Statements of the Confiscated Senator J.C. Baron, as Junior Minister Assets Fund as at 31st March, 2008”; for Public Safety, made a Ministerial Statement providing an “Update on The Gun “The Financial Statements of the Ministers Bounty Initiative” a part of the Ministry of and Members of the Legislature Pensions Public Safety’s year-long Illegal Firearms Fund as at 31st March, 2010”; initiative in partnership with CrimeStoppers.

“The Financial Statements of the Government Borrowing Sinking Fund as at 31st March, 10:18a.m. 2012”; and Senator the Hon. M.M. W. , JP on the wonderful Tribute Gala in his honour that was held over the preceding weekend at the Fairmont Southampton Princess Hotel; and she congratulated Mr. Nahki Wells on his ORDERS OF THE DAY tremendous season of football for Bradford City in the English Professional League and on Wednesday, 12th June, 2013 recently scoring the first ever goal by a Bermudian in a trophy match at Wembley (1) Second Reading: The Companies Stadium.
