  • 2015 Report to Our Community Chevron Pascagoula Refinery Letter from Our Refinery General Manager
2015 report to our community Chevron Pascagoula Refinery letter from our refinery general manager Friends, While we did not have any major projects underway, 2015 was a busy year for the Chevron Pascagoula Refinery. More than 1,500 employees and 2,500 contractors worked nearly 6 million hours to provide high-quality energy products to our customers and value to our investors. We work hard to operate safely and responsibly, to be a good corporate citizen, and to be a partner in the community’s progress. Chevron has been part of Jackson County for more than 50 years, and throughout that time we have been proud to support programs that help make this community such a special place. In 2015, Chevron employees volunteered more than 7,000 hours with organizations and non-profits throughout the area. Through contributions totaling more than $1 million, we also continued our efforts in economic development, our investment in local students, and our focus on health and the environment. Whether expanding STEM education in Jackson County schools, cleaning up trash in our inland waterways, or collecting food and toys to benefit local families in need, we are grateful for the partnerships that make these efforts successful. This report provides insight into the many ways Chevron is involved in our community. I hope you find it informative, and share our vision for the continued improvement of the quality of life for residents in Jackson County and the entire coastal region. Sincerely, Bruce Chinn Pascagoula Refinery General Manager 2015 Report to Our
