Dear guest! Thank you for choosing our house. But who are we actually? We are a family that comes from Germany, but has always been enthusiastic about America. We love the country and the people. Through many vacations and work related stays we have learned to love America more and more and now we have fulfilled a big dream: to buy our own house there. It is our wish that you feel at home in our house. We hope you have a great stay!

Cleaning At the end of your stay the house will be professionally cleaned. So you do not have to worry about that during your stay. However, if you should find any defects, please do not hesitate to contact Laura. If you want to do us a favor, you can put all the towels and bed linen on a pile at the end of your stay so that we can wash them faster. Thanks a lot!

Upcountry History Museum The Upcountry History Museum is a history museum in Greenville, South Carolina, that displays the regional history of fifteen counties in the state of South Carolina from the early 18th century to the present. 15 TRIPS Paris Mountain State Park is as state park located five miles north from Greenville. Activities available in the parc include hiking, biking, swimming and pickniking. The 13-acre lake Placid offers swimming and fishing. Canoes, Kayaks and pedal boats are seasonally available for rental; private boats are not permitted. Chimney Rock State Park At 315 feet tall, Chimney Rock towers over the land of its mountain home. This 535 million year old monolith stands of everything that makes the Appalachian Range so singulary unique. Chimney Rock State Park passes the 499 stair trail up to the iconic monolith itself as well as serval other hiking trails and waterfalls, including the massive 404 foot Hickory Ucet Falls. Before You Leave Check out time is 10am; If you want to make a late check out please contact Laura for it please check if all windows and doors are closed if you want you can collect the used sheets and towels in a corner of the house, that would save us some work if you like, you can write in our guestbook in the house a contribution about your stay in our house; just as we are of course happy about a (positive) review on Airbnb or vrbo when leaving the house please just pull the door shut
