• Infra charges: Basic tariff for on time booking of a train path. Mark ups for late requests. Higher mark-ups for short notice orders in 2015.
• Cancellation fee : Trigger to use scarce capacity efficiently. Railway companies can expect that Keyrail arranges a new train path within two hours. If Keyrail isn’t able to supply an alternative it will pay the railway company an increasing fee.
