David Coltman Chief Executive, TAFE SA

David Coltman commenced as Chief Executive of TAFE SA in April 2019. Mr Coltman brings a wealth of experience from the vocational education and training sector and has an extensive history in the management and delivery of programs that increase participation in higher education. Mr Coltman was previously the Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Pathways and Vocational Education at Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne.

Professor David Lloyd Vice Chancellor and President, University of South Australia

Professor David Lloyd is Vice Chancellor and President of the University of South Australia. A Dublin-born and educated chemist, and specialist in computer- aided drug design, Prof Lloyd has re-focused institutional culture to position UniSA as Australia's university of enterprise and to shape its activities to better meet the challenges of the 21st century. Professor Peter Rathjen Vice Chancellor and President, The University of Adelaide

Professor Peter Rathjen commenced as the University of Adelaide’s 22nd Vice- Chancellor and President on 8 January 2018. He is an Australian scientist and medical researcher internationally recognised in stem cell science. Prior to his appointment, Professor Rathjen was Vice-Chancellor of the University of , where he was instrumental in creating vibrant new university precincts within the CBDs of Hobart, Launceston and Burnie. Professor Rathjen is an alumnus of the University of Adelaide, as are all of the members of his immediate family.

The Hon. David Ridgway MLC Minister for Trade, Tourism and Investment

In 2002, David Ridgway was elected as a Member of the Legislative Council to serve in the Parliament of South Australia. He was appointed as the Minister for Trade, Tourism and Investment in the Marshall Government, in March 2018. In the year prior, David served as the Shadow Minister for Regional Development, Primary Industries and Tourism.

David grew up in the small township of Wolseley, in South Australia’s South East. He developed a strong interest in rural affairs and travelled extensively throughout the state connecting with farming communities.

Before entering politics, David managed his family farm and helped it grow into a large scale horticultural business operation. During this time, he gained a valuable understanding of business and exports.

Professor Colin Stirling President and Vice Chancellor, Flinders University

Professor Colin J Stirling brings extensive experience in research, teaching and management to Flinders University as President and Vice-Chancellor. Professor Stirling’s career provides a strong foundation for his ambitions for the University. Born and educated in Scotland he gained a BSc in Biological Sciences at the University of Edinburgh followed by a PhD in genetics from Glasgow University. In 2011, Professor Stirling was appointed Deputy Vice-Chancellor Academic at Curtin University, in Western Australia where he was later appointed Provost and Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor. Throughout his academic career, Professor Stirling has established a record of leadership, innovation and successful change management in Higher Education. facilitator

Bradley Abraham Chief Executive Officer and Director, Royal Institution of Australia

Bradley Abraham is Chief Executive Officer and Director of The Royal Institution of Australia and is the driving force behind the development of Australia’s first free and open publishing platform for science stories, Australia’s Science Channel.
