Samsung Electronics اﻟﺻﻔﺣﺔ 2 ﻣن 17 ﺗطﺑﯾﻖ ﺿﻐط اﻟدم ﻣﺧﺻص ﻟﻼﺳﺗﺧدام ﻣن دون وﺻﻔﺔ طﺑﯾﺔ (OTC) ﻟﻠﺑﺎﻟﻐﯾن ﺑﻌﻣر 22 ﻋﺎﻣﺎً أو أﻛﺛر. وﻗد ﻻ ﯾوﻓر ﻧﺗﺎﺋﺞ دﻗﯾﻘﺔ ﻟﻠﻧﺳﺎء اﻟﺣواﻣل. ﯾﻣﻛن اﺳﺗﺧدام ھذه اﻟﻣﻌﻠوﻣﺎت ﻛﻣؤﺷر ﻷﻧﻣﺎط ﺿﻐط اﻟدم ﺑﯾن اﻟﻔﺣوﺻﺎت اﻟﻣﻧﺗظﻣﺔ اﻟﺗﻲ ﯾﺟرﯾﮭﺎ اﺧﺗﺻﺎﺻﻲ اﻟرﻋﺎﯾﺔ اﻟﺻﺣﯾﺔ. ﯾﺟب ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻣﺳﺗﺧدم أﻻ ﯾﻌﻣد إﻟﻰ ﺗﻔﺳﯾر أو اﺗﺧﺎذ إﺟراء ﺳرﯾري ًﺑﻧﺎء ﻋﻠﻰ ﻧﺗﺎﺋﺞ اﻟﺟﮭﺎز ﻣن دون اﺳﺗﺷﺎرة اﺧﺗﺻﺎﺻﻲ رﻋﺎﯾﺔ ﺻﺣﯾﺔ ﻣؤھل واﻟﺗﺣﻘﻖ ﺑﺎﺳﺗﺧدام طرﯾﻘﺔ ﻗﯾﺎس ﻋﺎدﯾﺔ. ﻟﯾس اﻟﻐرض ﻣن ﺗطﺑﯾﻖ ﺿﻐط اﻟدم أن ﯾﺣل ﻣﺣل اﻟطرق اﻟﺗﻘﻠﯾدﯾﺔ ﻟﺗﺷﺧﯾص ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺿﻐط اﻟدم أو ﻋﻼﺟﮫ. .3 ﻣواﻧﻊ اﻻﺳﺗﻌﻣﺎل ﻻ ﺗﺳﺗﺧدم ﺗطﺑﯾﻖ ﺿﻐط اﻟدم إذا ﻛﺎن ﻋﻣرك أﻗل ﻣن 22 ﻋﺎﻣﺎً. ﻻ ﺗﺳﺗﺧدﻣﻲ ﺗطﺑﯾﻖ ﺿﻐط اﻟدم إذا ِﻛﻧت ﺣﺎﻣﻼً. ﻻ ﺗﺳﺗﺧدم ﺗطﺑﯾﻖ ﺿﻐط اﻟدم إذا ﻛﻧت ﺗﻌﺎﻧﻲ ﻣن أي ﻣﻣﺎ ﯾﻠﻲ: • ﻋدم اﻧﺗظﺎم ﺿرﺑﺎت اﻟﻘﻠب • إﺻﺎﺑﺔ ﺳﺎﺑﻘﺔ ﺑﻘﺻور ﻗﻠﺑﻲ أو ﻧوﺑﺔ ﻗﻠﺑﯾﺔ • أﻣراض اﻷوﻋﯾﺔ اﻟدﻣوﯾﺔ اﻟطرﻓﯾﺔ أو ﺿﻌف اﻟدورة اﻟدﻣوﯾﺔ • ﻣرض ﺑﺻﻣﺎم اﻟﻘﻠب (أﻣراض ﺗﺗﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺎﻟﺻﻣﺎم اﻷورطﻲ) • اﻋﺗﻼل ﻋﺿﻠﺔ اﻟﻘﻠب • أﻣراض اﻟﻘﻠب واﻷوﻋﯾﺔ اﻟدﻣوﯾﺔ اﻟﻣﻌروﻓﺔ اﻷﺧرى • ﻣرض اﻟﻛﻠﻰ ﻓﻲ ﻣراﺣﻠﮫ اﻷﺧﯾرة (ESRD) • ﻣرض اﻟﺳﻛري • اﺿطراب ﻋﺻﺑﻲ (ﻋﻠﻰ ﺳﺑﯾل اﻟﻣﺛﺎل، ُاﻟرﻋﺎش) • اﺿطراب ﺗﺟﻠط اﻟدم أو ﻛﻧت ﺗﺗﻧﺎول أدوﯾﺔ ﻣﻣﯾﻌﺔ ﻟﻠدم • ﻛﺎن ﻟدﯾك وﺷم (وﺷوم) ﺑﺎﻟﻣﻌﺻم اﻟذي ﺳﺗرﺗدي ﻋﻠﯾﮫ ﺳﺎﻋﺔ Galaxy Watch .4 ﺗﻧﺑﯾﮭﺎت ﯾُرﺟﻰ اﺗﺑﺎع اﻟﺗﻧﺑﯾﮭﺎت اﻟﻣدرﺟﺔ أدﻧﺎه. إذا ﻟم ﺗﻠﺗزم ﺑﮭﺎ، ﻓﻘد ﻻ ﯾﺗﻣﻛن ﺗطﺑﯾﻖ ﺿﻐط اﻟدم ﻣن ﺗﺳﺟﯾل ﻗﯾﺎﺳﺎت دﻗﯾﻘﺔ. ﻻ ﯾﻣﻛن ﻟﺗطﺑﯾﻖ ﺿﻐط اﻟدم ﺗﺷﺧﯾص ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺿﻐط اﻟدم، أو اﻟﺣﺎﻻت اﻷﺧرى، أو اﻛﺗﺷﺎف ﻋﻼﻣﺎت اﻟﺗﻌرض ﻟﻧوﺑﺔ ﻗﻠﺑﯾﺔ. ﻻ ﯾﮭدف ﺗطﺑﯾﻖ ﺿﻐط اﻟدم إﻟﻰ أن ﯾﺣل ﻣﺣل اﻟطرق اﻟﺗﻘﻠﯾدﯾﺔ ﻟﻠﺗﺷﺧﯾص أو اﻟﻌﻼج ﻣن ﻗﺑل اﺧﺗﺻﺎﺻﻲ رﻋﺎﯾﺔ ﺻﺣﯾﺔ ﻣؤھل. إذا ﻛﻧت ﺗﻌﺗﻘد أﻧك ﺗﻌﺎﻧﻲ ﻣن ﺣﺎﻟﺔ طﺑﯾﺔ طﺎرﺋﺔ، اﺗﺻل ﺑﺧدﻣﺎت اﻟطوارئ اﻟﻣﺣﻠﯾﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻔور. ﻻ ﺗﻐﯾّر اﻷدوﯾﺔ أو اﻟﺟرﻋﺎت اﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﺗﻧﺎوﻟﮭﺎ ﻣن دون اﺳﺗﺷﺎرة اﻟطﺑﯾب اﻟﻣﺗﺎﺑﻊ ﻟك أوﻻً. ﻻ ﺗﻔﺳر أي ﺣﺎﻟﺔ أو ﺗﺗﺧذ ًإﺟراء ﺳرﯾرﯾﺎً ًﺑﻧﺎء ﻋﻠﻰ ﻗﯾﺎﺳﺎت ﺗطﺑﯾﻖ ﺿﻐط اﻟدم ﻣن دون اﺳﺗﺷﺎرة اﺧﺗﺻﺎﺻﻲ رﻋﺎﯾﺔ ﺻﺣﯾﺔ ﻣؤھل أوﻻً. ﻻ ﺗﺳﺗﺧدم ﺗطﺑﯾﻖ ﺿﻐط اﻟدم ﻟﺗﺷﺧﯾص ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺿﻐط اﻟدم أو اﻟﺣﺎﻻت اﻟﻣرﺗﺑطﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻘﻠب أو اﻟﺣﺎﻻت اﻟطﺑﯾﺔ اﻷﺧرى. ﻻ ﺗﺳﺗﺧدم ﺳﺎﻋﺔ Galaxy Watch ﻟﻘﯾﺎس ﺿﻐط اﻟدم إذا ﺗﻣت ﻣﻌﺎﯾرة اﻟﺳﺎﻋﺔ ﻟﯾﺳﺗﺧدﻣﮭﺎ ﺷﺧص آﺧر. ﯾﺟب ﻋدم إﺟراء ﻗﯾﺎﺳﺎت ﺿﻐط اﻟدم ﻓﻲ أﺛﻧﺎء ﻣﻣﺎرﺳﺔ أي ﻧﺷﺎط ﺑدﻧﻲ. Samsung Electronics اﻟﺻﻔﺣﺔ 3 ﻣن 17 ﻻ ﺗﺄﺧذ ﻗﯾﺎﺳﺎت ﺿﻐط اﻟدم ﻋﻧدﻣﺎ ﺗﻛون ﺳﺎﻋﺔ Galaxy Watch ﻗرﯾﺑﺔ ﻣن ﺣﻘول ﻛﮭروﻣﻐﻧﺎطﯾﺳﯾﺔ ﻗوﯾﺔ (ﻋﻠﻰ ﺳﺑﯾل اﻟﻣﺛﺎل، أﺟﮭزة اﻟﺗﺻوﯾر ﺑﺎﻟرﻧﯾن اﻟﻣﻐﻧﺎطﯾﺳﻲ (MRI) أو اﻷﺷﻌﺔ اﻟﺳﯾﻧﯾﺔ، واﻷﻧظﻣﺔ اﻟﻛﮭروﻣﻐﻧﺎطﯾﺳﯾﺔ ﻟﻣﻛﺎﻓﺣﺔ اﻟﺳرﻗﺔ، وأﺟﮭزة اﻟﻛﺷف ﻋن اﻟﻣﻌﺎدن). ﻷﺳﺑﺎب أﻣﻧﯾﺔ، ﻋﻠﯾك داﺋﻣﺎ ً إﻗران ھﺎﺗف Galaxy وﺳﺎﻋﺔ Galaxy watch ﻋﺑر اﻟﺑﻠوﺗوث ﻓﻲ إﻋداد ﺧﺎص (ﻓﻲ اﻟﻣﻧزل). ﻻ ﯾُوﺻﻰ ﺑﺈﺟراء اﻹﻗران ﻓﻲ ﻣﻛﺎن ﻋﺎم. ٍ ﻻ ﺗﺄﺧذ ﻗﯾﺎﺳﺎت ﺿﻐط اﻟدم ﻓﻲ أﺛﻧﺎء إﺟراء طﺑﻲ (ﻋﻠﻰ ﺳﺑﯾل اﻟﻣﺛﺎل، أﺛﻧﺎء اﻟﺟراﺣﺔ أو إﺟراءات إزاﻟﺔ اﻟرﺟﻔﺎن اﻟﺧﺎرﺟﯾﺔ). ﻻ ﺗﺄﺧذ ﻗﯾﺎﺳﺎت ﺿﻐط اﻟدم ﻋﻧدﻣﺎ ﺗﻛون ﺳﺎﻋﺔ Galaxy Watch ﺧﺎرج ظروف اﻟﺗﺷﻐﯾل اﻟﺗﺎﻟﯾﺔ: • درﺟﺔ اﻟﺣرارة: 54 - 104 درﺟﺔ ﻓﮭرﻧﮭﺎﯾت / 12 - 40 درﺟﺔ ﻣﺋوﯾﺔ • اﻟرطوﺑﺔ: 30% - 90% رطوﺑﺔ ﻧﺳﺑﯾﺔ ﻧطﺎق ﺗطﺑﯾﻖ ﺿﻐط اﻟدم ﻟﻘراءات ﺿﻐط اﻟدم ھو ﻛﻣﺎ ﯾﻠﻲ: • ﻧطﺎق اﻟﻣﻌﺎﯾرة - اﻟﺿﻐط اﻻﻧﻘﺑﺎﺿﻲ: 80-170 ﻣم زﺋﺑﻖ، اﻟﺿﻐط اﻻﻧﺑﺳﺎطﻲ: 50-110 ﻣم زﺋﺑﻖ • ﻧطﺎق اﻟﻘﯾﺎس -
