XM to Broadcast Live from 2008 Winter Music Conference in

XM NOMINATED FOR “BEST RADIO STATION" AND “BEST RADIO MIX SHOW DJ" AT 2008 INTERNATIONAL DANCE MUSIC AWARDS

Washington, D.C., March 6, 2008 – XM will broadcast live from the 2008 Winter Music Conference (WMC) in Miami, , it was announced today. Beginning Thursday, March 27, XM’s house and progressive dance channel, “The Move" (XM 80), and its dance hits channel “BPM" (XM 81) will bring dance and fans performances from WMC and its official closing event, the legendary Ultra . Now in its 23rd year, WMC draws professionals from every aspect of the dance music industry, including artists, DJs, producers, programmers and more, for three days of performances, awards shows and festivals.

• On Thursday, March 27 from 4pm to 12 midnight ET, BPM will broadcast live direct from the world-famous Nikki Beach on Miami, as Armani Exchange and Juicy Music present “Juicy Beach,�? featuring 30 of the world’s best DJ’s, including Robbie Rivera, Deadma5, , Axwell, among others.

• On March 29, The Move and BPM will be live from the renowned in Miami’s Bicentennial Park. Ultra Music Festival is the nation’s largest dance event of the year and features 14 stages with more than 100 of the world’s best DJ’s. Tiesto, , DJ Ferry Corsten, , Carl Cox and many others are among those scheduled to perform.

Later this spring, XM will feature the best of WMC performances with the exclusive “Miami Rewind" weekend on BPM, including sets by top-ranked DJ Ferry Corsten recorded at SPACE Miami, and Miami legends Oscar G. and

1 Ralph Falcon recorded at Cameo Miami as part of Nervous Records and DJ Times present “MURK-Made In Miami."

In addition to its comprehensive broadcast coverage of WMC and the Ultra Music Festival, XM has been nominated for two International Dance Music Awards (IDMA). XM’s BPM has been nominated for “Best Radio Station" of the year and XM’s DJ Armando has been nominated as “Best Radio Mix Show DJ" for his weeknight show, “Addiction," on BPM.
