Phase 2: Iron Man 3, Thor: The World of Darkness, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Galaxy Guardians, Avengers: The Ultron Era and Ant-Man. Phase 3: Captain America: Civil War, Doctor Strange, Les Gardiens de la Galaxie Vol. 2, Spider-Man: Homecoming, Thor: Ragnarok, Black Panther, Avengers: Infinity War (release April 25, 2018), Ant-Man et la Guêpe (release 2018), Captain Marvel (release 2018), Avengerssuite (release 2019). All these suites are already planned (not to mention the TV series) but what interests us here is that Marvel chose Thanos as the ultimate villain who gathers all these beautiful people for the conclusion of this wave of adaptation.Thanos is one of the most charismatic anti-heroes of the publications of the House of Ideas: he is the most complex in his psychology and his evolution. He will destroy and save the entire universe several times and will remain for the readers one of the best adversaries of all time. How to be in phase with its readings? The first is of course to read the recommended albums on the Avengers, Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Dr Strange,... in previous folders The purple giant appeared for the first time in 1973 in the title Iron Mangrace to Jim Starlin, its creator, and he quickly became the key hero of the writer's stories, regardless of the title on which he officiates. The crazy Titan evolves quickly and will be the object of several crossovers well before this practice becomes the norm at Marvel. The perfect title to get acquainted is the base of Jim Starlin's"Infinity" saga: The Glove of Infinity. This story crystallizes the best of the character, the wildest stakes and a mega cross-over with Marvel's emblematic characters. I loved this story as a kid (and discovering the suites that weren't edited until then is a p**** of purple Proust madeleine) and the movie gives me an opportunity to share this great reading with you. Having assembled the six gems of power (but if, the stones that one sees 3 milliseconds in some Marvel movies) Thanos has become equal to a god. He has the power to change reality and can finally offer a world of destruction to his beloved who abandons him: Death. It's Starlin's stroke of genius that proposes a failed love story as the engine of the most epic war in the universe. That, and the idea of putting the greatest heroes on the line: Thor, Namor, Iron Man, Wolverine, Scarlet Witch, Hulk, or Captain America... Only the mysterious Warlock can succeed where the greatest fail.George Pérez will ensure the drawing of this saga (then pass the hand to Ron Lim) and he sets the bar very high. The cosmic staging or the Dantesque destruction take us away and his interpretation of the characters is magical. The best incarnation of Thanos ever. The War of the Infinite & The Crusade of the Infinite follow, pulling the thread of this saga by proposing an even more devious and strategic Thanos in an even more mystical universe. A little less essential to get started, but if you've hooked up with the first pane, go for it. In addition to the re-releases of the infinity trilogy, Panini comics has just published a chronological anthology about the character: I am Thanos, in its discovery collection. Perfect starting point to embrace the Titan's career in its entirety and better understand its evolution, I really recommend it, because it offers new episodes in album on this side of the Atlantic. But also an introduction to the film that you will discover thanks to Brian Michael Bendis & Mark Bagley, who already signed the new episodes of The Galaxy Guardians in this perspective. You can also get the complete collection of this Avengers Assemble run by Brian Michael Bendis & Mark Bagley, but it's not really essential. Another exciting entry point: Jason Aaron & Simone Bianchi's ascent of Thanos. One of the best contemporary scriptwriters has taken the character to tell his origins, we are witnessing the fragile and complex adolescence of the most monstrous & Machiavellian creature of the cosmos. Very successful, this one-shot pays homage to the vision of the Starlin character while proposing an alternative track on a possible schizophrenia of the Titan (he is not that close anymore). Finally, Jim Starlin relaunched the character a few years ago with a new trilogy Thanos: The Revelation of the Infinite, Thanos: The Relativity of the Infinite & Thanos: The End of the Infinite which proposes a new crusade on the borders of death and total destruction where the purple giant may be the savior of humanity.. The analysis concludes that biocentric ideals primarily are embodied by the main antagonist of the film series, whereas the protagonists mainly represent anthropocentric perspectives. Since there is a continuum between these two ideals some variations were found within the characters themselves, but philosophical conflicts related to the environment were also found within the group of the Avengers. Excerpts from the films of the study can thus be used to discuss and highlight complex ecological issues within the EFL-classroom. The specific editorial requirements for the publications made for a young readership, particularly the scrutiny of the Surveillance committee for publications intended to children and teenagers, have a strong influence on the choices made by the publishers.
