Pumpkin, fetta and walnut pie $70

Roasted caramelised pumpkin, creamy fetta and toasted alpine walnuts wrapped in layers of brik and topped with pepitas, and poppy seeds. (v)

Persian pavlova $30 small (15cm) | $80 large (24cm) Dates, sour cherries & baked into a meringue base. Topped with cream, seeds and garden rose petals. (gf)

Semi freddo 1L $20 | 2L $40 | 3L $60 Rum soaked raisins, ginger nut crunch and salted dulce de leche swirled through a rum sabayon whipped with cream. Frozen, to serve in cones, in a bowl, as part of your Christmas dessert table.
