All members of your party must book accommodation through ESF Events Ltd. Standard, Silver, Gold Apartments: 4, 5, 6 berth available. Standard & Silver Rooms: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 berth available. Additional grades and sizes of accommodation may be available. Accommodation grades and sizes listed above are subject to availability. Full under-occupancy charges apply if the minimum occupancy is not reached in a unit. i.e. if 3 guests book a 4 berth unit of accommodation, they will have to pay for 4 guests. Butlins Half Board Dining Plans: Half Board meal packages are available at Butlins for an additional charge. Half board prices are per person, per day. Upon receipt of this Registration Form, successful applicants will receive confirmation of entry REGISTRATION FORM via email. Accommodation booking information will then be forwarded to the Group Leader.

An initial deposit payment of £250 per age group is required to reserve team places INITIAL DEPOSIT PAYMENT at the Rhinos Challenge. The Initial Deposit Payment will be refunded by ESF Events Ltd once the accommodation for your whole party has been booked with Butlins.
