BUSINESS DESCRIPTION All activities of the Insured now, in the past (including their predecessors in the business) and/or in the future, including but not limited to religious organisation encompassing churches, charitable benevolent and socially useful activities, hospitals, nursing clinics, community and private nursing services, remote nursing and health clinics, respite care, medical supervised injecting centre, aged care facilities (including independent living units, hostels, nursing homes, retirement homes, day care centres), aged care programs/packages (including but not limited to home and community care, community and private nursing, carer respite programs, dementia care), registered Community Housing Providers providing Community Housing services and Housing under the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS), social welfare (including but not limited to refuge homes, temporary emergency accommodation providers and facilitators, supported accommodation for homeless, operators of and participation in or facilitation of “Men’s Shed”, youth work/services, needle and syringe programs, life skills programs), disabled care including disability accommodation, disability chaplaincy and business enterprises, employment/work experience agency, migrant settlement assistance, counselling, meditation and family law services, Community Legal Services, specialist media consultancy services and custom publishing/web design, television and radio program producers and broadcasters, child care, early childhood care, out of home care, foster services, schools, colleges and other educational/training activities, learn to swim programs, diving and swimming squad programs, overseas relief and development projects (Accredited AusAid Relief and Development Agency), local and overseas mission programs, venue owners and operators, concert and event organisers, conference centres, recreation camps and camp activities, horse riding facilities, hiring of facilities to third parties, landlords, property owners, property developments, licensors of property, retailers, manufacturers, Assembly Agencies, tenants’ co- operatives and joint ventures, car park owners and operators, Foodbank programs and Food distribution programs, Community Gardens, Toy Libraries, Play groups, Publisher of community publications, Hire of facilities to third parties. Commercial catering and kitchens, Hosting markets, Opportunity Shops, Fellowship Groups, Host of community events such as Annual Carols, Home modification and maintenance, gardening and cleaning, Labour Hire, Commercial Catering, internal conveyancing, School Alumni activities, and all other activities (whether or not of the same kind as those referred to) now or hereafter involving the Insured

PRODUCTS Anything designed, specified, formulated, manufactured, constructed, erected, assembled, installed, grown, extracted, produced or processed, treated, altered, modified, repaired, renovated, serviced, worked upon,

Provided always that for the purpose of this insurance the term ‘Insured’s Products’ shall not be deemed to include:

(a) food and beverages supplied by or on behalf of the Insured primarily for consumption on the Insured’s premises by the Insured’s employees or visitors,

(b) any vending machine or any other property rented to or located for use of others but not sold by the Insured;

and any claims made against the Insured in respect of Personal Injury and/or Property Damage arising out of any Occurrence in connection therewith shall be regarded as General Liability claims hereunder

LIMITS OF LIABILITY AUD 20,000,000 any one Occurrence and in the annual aggregate for any one Period of Insurance in respect of Products Liability.
